§ 01
Definitions
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:
- "ph1365" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming platform operating at ph1365.org, including all associated services, game products, payment systems, and customer support functions.
- "We," "Us," "Our" refers to the operators and administrators of ph1365.
- "You," "Player," "User" refers to any natural person who accesses, registers with, or uses the ph1365 platform.
- "Account" means the registered user profile created by a Player on ph1365, through which they access games and manage their balance.
- "Balance" refers to the real-money funds held in a Player's ph1365 account at any given time.
- "Bonus Funds" means credits awarded by ph1365 through promotions, welcome offers, reload bonuses, cashback, or loyalty programs, which are subject to separate wagering conditions.
- "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by ph1365 before processing withdrawals or as otherwise requested.
- "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body responsible for regulating gaming in the Philippines.
- "Eligible Jurisdiction" means a geographic territory from which use of the ph1365 platform is not prohibited by applicable law.
§ 02
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the ph1365 website at ph1365.org, creating an account, or placing any wager on the platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions, the ph1365 Privacy Policy, and any game-specific rules or promotional terms published on the platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ph1365. If you are accessing ph1365 on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms, and that the person meets all eligibility requirements set out herein.

§ 03
Eligibility & Age Verification
Access to and use of the ph1365 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:
- Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal gambling age in the Philippines as mandated by PAGCOR. ph1365 strictly enforces this requirement.
- Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted under applicable law. It is your responsibility to verify that using ph1365 is lawful in your location before registering.
- Legal Capacity: You must possess the full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.
- Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether issued by ph1365 or any other gaming operator or regulatory body.
- Not a Prohibited Person: You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of ph1365 or any of its game providers or business partners.
Age Verification: ph1365 will request valid government-issued photo identification — such as a PhilSys National ID, Driver's License, Passport, or UMID card — prior to processing any withdrawal. Accounts found to have been created by persons under 21 years of age will be immediately terminated and any balance forfeited in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines.
§ 04
Account Registration
To use the real-money features of ph1365, you are required to register an account. The following conditions apply to all ph1365 account registrations:
- One Account Rule: Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) ph1365 account. Creating multiple accounts, whether for personal use, to circumvent restrictions, or to abuse bonuses, is strictly prohibited.
- Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and Philippine mobile number. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
- Account Ownership: Your ph1365 account is personal to you. You may not transfer, sell, or otherwise assign your account or any funds within it to any third party.
- Account Updates: You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. Changes to your registered mobile number or other critical details must be reported to ph1365 support promptly.
- Verification: ph1365 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time for the purpose of verifying your identity, age, address, or payment method.
§ 05
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph1365 account credentials, including your password and any one-time PINs (OTPs) received on your registered mobile number.
ph1365 will never contact you by SMS, email, or live chat to ask for your password, full OTP, or financial account credentials. Any message requesting such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to ph1365 support immediately.
You agree to:
- Select a strong, unique password for your ph1365 account and not reuse it across other platforms.
- Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
- Notify ph1365 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
ph1365 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised account access where the breach was caused by your failure to maintain adequate security measures, or where you have shared your login credentials with another person.
§ 06
Deposits & Withdrawals
ph1365 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Filipino players: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ cash deposit.
- Minimum Deposit: ₱100 for GCash, Maya, and most e-wallet channels; ₱200 for bank transfers.
- Minimum Withdrawal: ₱200 for GCash and Maya; ₱500 for bank transfers.
- Currency: All transactions on ph1365 are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱).
- Deposit Fees: ph1365 does not charge fees on deposits. Third-party transaction fees imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside ph1365's control.
- Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 10 minutes for GCash and Maya. Bank transfers may take 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on the recipient bank's processing schedule.
- Withdrawal Conditions: You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name. ph1365 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing withdrawal requests.
- Bonus Withdrawal Restrictions: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. See Section 7 for details.
- Fraud Prevention: ph1365 may delay or decline withdrawal requests where fraud, money laundering, or account compromise is suspected. KYC verification will be required in such circumstances.
§ 07
Bonuses & Promotions
ph1365 offers various promotional incentives to its players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback credits, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the time of offer:
- Wagering Requirements: Bonuses issued by ph1365 must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings or remaining bonus balance can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are stated clearly in each offer's terms.
- Eligible Games: Not all games on ph1365 contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, and certain low-RTP slots may contribute at reduced rates or be excluded entirely. Game contribution rates are specified per promotion.
- Bonus Abuse: ph1365 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: multi-accounting, use of low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, collusion between players, and use of bots or automated software.
- Consequences: Players found to be abusing promotional offers will have their bonuses, bonus-derived winnings, and any related balance forfeited. ph1365 reserves the right to permanently exclude such players from future promotions and to terminate their accounts.
- Expiry: Unclaimed or unmet bonus wagering requirements expire within the timeframe stated in each offer. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from your account without compensation.
Promotion Updates: ph1365 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that changes do not retrospectively worsen the terms of a bonus already credited to your account.
§ 08
Gameplay Rules & Fair Play
All games available on ph1365 are provided by licensed third-party game studios including but not limited to JILI, PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, and Asia Gaming. Each game is governed by its own game-specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface.
ph1365 is committed to fair play. The following standards apply across all games on the platform:
- Certified RNG: All slot games, virtual table games, and instant-win titles on ph1365 operate using certified random number generator (RNG) systems independently audited by recognised testing laboratories.
- Published RTP: Return-to-player percentages for slot games are disclosed within the game information panels. ph1365 does not alter published RTPs.
- Live Casino Integrity: Live dealer games are streamed from licensed studios and are subject to the game providers' own compliance and integrity standards.
- Malfunctions: In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, or communication failure that results in an incorrect game outcome, the round affected will be voided and any stake involved will be returned to the player's account balance. Winnings derived from a demonstrably faulty game outcome may be withheld.
- Jackpots: Progressive jackpot outcomes are determined solely by the respective game's RNG. ph1365 does not control jackpot triggers and is not responsible for jackpot payouts beyond its contractual obligations with its game providers.
§ 09
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on ph1365 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balance, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities:
- Creating or operating more than one ph1365 account.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
- Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI-assisted tools to interact with the platform or its games.
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or unintended game mechanics for financial gain.
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly live poker or other player-vs-player formats.
- Using ph1365 for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other activity that violates Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) provisions.
- Attempting to reverse, charge back, or otherwise dispute legitimate transactions processed through ph1365.
- Engaging in any conduct that harasses, threatens, or abuses ph1365 staff, other players, or third parties connected with the platform.
- Accessing ph1365 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
§ 10
Intellectual Property
All content on the ph1365 platform — including but not limited to the ph1365 brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software interfaces, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of ph1365 or its licensed providers, and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ph1365 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any ph1365 content without prior written authorisation.
§ 11
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph1365 shall not be liable for:
- Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you failed to maintain adequate account security.
- Interruption of platform access due to scheduled or emergency maintenance, network outages, or circumstances beyond ph1365's reasonable control (including but not limited to typhoons, power outages, or telecommunications failures).
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity.
- The actions, omissions, or technical failures of third-party payment providers, game studios, or telecommunications networks.
ph1365's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability.
§ 12
Privacy & Data
The collection, storage, and use of personal data submitted to ph1365 is governed by the ph1365 Privacy Policy, which forms part of and is incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions.
By creating a ph1365 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, AMLA compliance, and service communications.
§ 13
Responsible Gaming
ph1365 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Filipino players. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from your account dashboard:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending on ph1365.
- Session Time Reminders: Configure on-screen alerts to notify you when a defined period of gaming time has elapsed.
- Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend access to your ph1365 account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
- Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from ph1365 for a minimum period of 6 months. § 14
Account Suspension & Termination
ph1365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to satisfy KYC verification requirements within a reasonable timeframe.
- Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or multi-accounting.
- Regulatory requirements, including instructions from PAGCOR or other relevant Philippine authorities.
- Suspected or confirmed money laundering or terrorist financing activity.
- A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.
Where an account is terminated for breach of these Terms, ph1365 is entitled to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where no breach is found, outstanding balances will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable period.
Players wishing to voluntarily close their ph1365 account may do so at any time by contacting live chat support. Account closure requests will be processed within 24 hours. Any confirmed balance at the time of closure will be returned subject to KYC verification and these Terms.
§ 15
Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of your ph1365 account, game outcome, withdrawal, or bonus, please follow the steps below:
- Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your complaint to the ph1365 live chat or via the support email displayed in your account dashboard. Include your username, the nature of the dispute, and any relevant transaction references.
- Step 2 — Internal Review: ph1365 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 business days. Complex cases may take longer; you will be kept informed of progress.
- Step 3 — Escalation: If you are unsatisfied with ph1365's resolution, you may escalate your complaint to PAGCOR's Player Protection Division, which provides independent oversight of licensed gaming operators in the Philippines.
Game Outcomes: All game results on ph1365 are determined by certified RNG systems. In the absence of a demonstrable technical malfunction, the game outcome as recorded in ph1365's server logs is final.
§ 16
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution procedure in Section 15 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Where any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable under Philippine law, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
§ 17
Amendments
ph1365 reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The revised Terms will take effect from the date of publication on ph1365.org. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a player — ph1365 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via registered account email or prominent on-site notification.
Your continued use of the ph1365 platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance.
The most current version of these Terms is always available at ph1365.org/terms-conditions. The effective date at the top of this document reflects when the current version came into force.
